The biscuits were so hard we couldn't even eat them, the chopped steak was bland, I would not order that dinner again.. chicken pieces look like they came off a quail they were so small.. I have never had this problem before with jacks but I just don't want to risk wasting money again, I will stick with their burgers..

All four of the big jacks was made wrong according to how I customized them. Added bacon to one of the sandwhiches and didn't get it. The fries was halfway filled up in the cartons. Didn't get any straws for the drinks that was mainly ice. Wouldn't order again, could've got a better bigger family bundle at McDonald's for half the price.

Ordered the Bbq rib sandwich and specified no onions as my husband is allergic to onions, loaded with onions, he was very upset.. thank goodness he always inspects his food... my double cheeseburger was so bland like it had no taste at all.. and the fries some had no seasoning and some had so much seasoning I had to take a napkin and wipe off part of the seasoning off of the fries.. never had any problems before until today.. I was very disappointed with this order..

They have some really great biscuits. They are pretty close to Hardee's biscuits. Always great service and the food's always good.
