Ordered dinner from Chris’ tonight and the experience was largely a good one. The food was delicious as expected, though there were a couple of minor issues. The asparagus was missing the hollandaise sauce which was a bit disappointing, as it was the main reason I ordered it. The bread was good, just as usual, but it could’ve been enhanced with some butter.
The steak, while not identical to the one you get in-house, was still satisfyingly tasty. This is expected from delivery orders, and to be fair, it was still superbly good. Also, the dessert did not disappoint - it was absolutely delicious!
One aspect that deserves special mention is the packaging. It was far superior compared to most takeaway services. This was particularly handy since I am currently away from home and staying at a hotel. And speaking of the hotel, this was the first time any delivery service has brought the food right to my door, so big props to the driver for that.
In conclusion, despite a few hitches, the overall experience was quite positive. The taste and quality of food from Chris’ are undeniable, even if it’s a bit different from dining in. This is definitely a service I would use again.

They completely left out a part of our order and when we went back to get it they said, "they just didn't make it". The "au gratin" potatoes were literally cubed potatoes with melted cheese on top. Nothing special and NOT au gratin. The wedge was smooshed into the to-go box with barely any toppings.

Every time we order, its a solid bet. Never wrong, always cooked to order and the whisky bread pudding is amazing.

I ordered the bread pudding and a baked potato with all the sides except sour cream to go. I paid for extra cheese. I was very surprised when I received the potato the cheese was already melted on the baked potato. The butter , chives were in a small condiment cups with no lid. Everything was all over the place because it was to go. The baked potato could have been served hot if it was in a well insulated container or at least foil. The entree was of good quality but poor presentation. The bread pudding was excellent once I heated it up.
