Both were poorly packed.
The paper bag was wet on the bottom because tuna salad was watery and the bagel fell apart when I opened the paper package.
Big disappointment for this store.
Off-season sloppiness?

Large tasty bagels made for a huge sandwich! Turkey was clumped toward middle but im always picky like that and like to distribute it evenly. Over great bagel shop! Will order again from here!

The bagels and variety of cream cheese flavors are great which keeps me coming back. However, I have yet to get an accurate order by delivery and this is the 5th time I've tried. I don't get the bagel type(s) I ordered and/or the cream cheese flavor I ordered. They make a lot of substitutions without communicating. I understand they make the bagels fresh and sometimes they run out of something. However, if they would reach out to give options for substitutions or even what they substituted before delivery, that would make ordering less of a gamble. Lastly, I paid an additional fee for the lox cream cheese in the bagel package, but got plain cream cheese delivered. It took extra steps to get a credit for this overcharge based on what was delivered.

I love Empire's bagels! Ordered from them for the first time a week ago and now I'm back :-) Ordered the same "set" of three: delicious lax w cream cheese, tuna salad, and turkey & cheese.
Just finished the lox & cream cheese bagel, had it with coffee. Great brunch! Recommend!
