This was a great deal the food just came cold but after we heated it up it was delicious! And the food being cold was NOT the dashers fault

Second time ordering from this location and my sub was horrible. Bread was so hard it flaked off on the wrapper. only 1 slice of turkey and 1 slice of ham. This is the only location in our town on DoorDash. Bread was not fresh.

The Roast Beef was almost non existent. I paid $13 for basically all vegetables. Same thing for the Black Forest Ham. Very unsatisfied.

Honestly the subway was insanely good. Got the Chicken & Bacon Ranch which was stellar and the Pepsi® Wild Cherry (260 Cals) had enough syrup to taste it properly. Why only 4 stars? They forgot my Double Chocolate Cookie (210 Cals). Which I'm sure was so delicious they had to keep it away from me. I'd recommend it just make sure to ask for the cookie

I’ve ordered from this location twice through DoorDash and selected “double protein” each time. Both orders were clearly made with standard portions, not double meat.

This isn’t a minor issue—the weight and appearance of the sandwich made it obvious immediately that the extra protein was not included. I confirmed the order details on the app, so this appears to be an execution issue at the store level.

To be clear, this is not related to the delivery driver. The problem is that the order is not being prepared as requested.

If “double protein” is listed as an option, it needs to be consistently understood and fulfilled as double meat. Otherwise, it should not be offered.

I would like to order from this location again, but not until there is confidence that orders will be prepared correctly.
