• 4/18/25The Chashu Don was perfectly made. the rice was sticky and well cooked. the pork was thin, tender and flavorful. The egg was the perfect jammy texture like a ramen egg. And the garnishes and sauce were the perfect enhancements to the flavor. The size of the meal is great portion for lunch for most I think and a decent sized dinner for someone who has a moderate apetite. Will order, again and again and again.

• 2/27/22Absolutely incredible Ramen. I've had the Tonkatsu twice in the past week because of how unbelievably delicious it was. Also the pork buns are fantastic. Lynbrook is incredibly lucky to have such an amazing restaurant! Ramen orders come with half a tea egg, a couple pieces of pork chashu (braised pork belly) and a bunch of veggies and mushroom. What an outstanding meal!

• 10/4/25The Tonkotsu Ramen is a must-try!i loved the flavor and the texture of the noodles. The pork was also tender and fatty. Japanese Curry has good flavor and very, very mild. Will definitely order again! Portion sizes are good as well.

• 7/20/25Was given two pieces of meat, meat also looked and tasted like turkey and it was supposed to be pork belly. I'm pregnant so the baby is really picky sometimes. Was definitely looking forward to the pork belly. Also got half an egg... most places give you the full egg. Food was good though.

• 11/18/25Lacking on the broth, was about 2-3 inches of broth for the whole meal. Broth itself was not good, had better veggie ramen. Pretty flavorless. Didn't taste the truffle at all.
