The single cupcake itself was amazing, it arrived fresh and warm. The reason my rating is lower that 5 stars is because the gift wrapping option is an actual joke and not worth the extra expense. If I would have known that the "gift wrapping" only included a sticker and strechy tie I would have wrapped it myself and saved myself the cost.
If I am raring the item alone it gets a 5/5

The chocolate chip cookie we received was extremely hard. It seemed to be either overbaked or left out for too long so it became very hard and crunchy all the way. Was very disappointed and they didn't redeilver. They could only refund or I went to pick up a new cookie. The workers were very nice about it but it was a hassle to have to go back and get another cookie ourselves. We didn't want to go and that's why we paid for the delivery the first time.

I know you are slammed, but charging $8+ for the brownie that is the size of the mini cookie sucks. If you don't have my order, at least sub 2 minis for a large. Won't be back.

Some of the cookies were super hard; the ones with icing it was all over the box and had fallen off the cookie because they iced them too hot.
