• 7/28/22Our subs were amazing and delicious! Fresh toppings and was exactly as we ordered . Unfortunately we did not receive our chips. I'm not sure why the sides are always overlooked. The bag was taped so our dasher didn't know they were missing . It's not her fault . But the bags and orders need to be double checked. Overall the sandwiches were excellent.

• 3/13/26It took over an hour and my dasher had to wait over 30 mins at the store. I ordered the hot Mike's Hot Italian and it was so saucy, I couldn't eat it. I usually love Jersey Mike's. This time, not so much.

• 11/21/22I wish we had the option to get "Mikes Way" on the side. The bread gets soggy if you don't eat your entire sandwich. That's a simple request. In addition, we should be able to request the bread be sliced once, twice, etc. I didn't see the Avocado option. The amount of meat & cheese needs to be increased. Adding the extra often results in excess (too much meat or cheese which is difficult for me to admit). Your employees are always very professional and kind when I visit your locations. They always look neat also. The work areas are kept tidy. If there's a long line, they move fast/efficiently.
PLEASE BRING BACK MEATBALLS!!!!

• 8/10/26The sub was put together very slowly. Also, I ordered classic potato chips and ended up with baked potato chips.
