This is hands down, the best brisket in the DC area. Having spent a lot of time in Texas, I love fatty brisket and they let you choose what you want. I also ordered the quarter leg chicken to taste and am so glad I did. This chicken is a welcome alternative to all the attempted Peruvian chicken places in the area. Go over and sample it. The "Alabam" white sauce works well with the chicken. Fries were hot and great. I keep Spicy Salt Lick sauce on hand (no I don't like their BBQ in Austin TX). That is my favorite brisket sauce. The iced tea is good here too. If you eat in, this is a cute, welcoming restaurant with a bar. This was my second visit and the staff was friendly both times. I live over a half hour away and don't' mind the drive to eat this well .

Ordered the Bar-B-Q Baked Potato with Texas Brisket. Received a barely cooked potato with a tiny amount of gristly meat. If you're debating here or the bone, go with the bone. This might be cheaper, but it's not a better value.

Meat had no flavor at all. Brisket taste like it was oven cook , pulled pork was dry AF, and the flavor was not good at all. I ordered 1/2 pound of each and the gave me no sauce. The Mac n Cheese was extra mid.

That was some fine BBQ! Portions were large, meat was Smokey, and the sauces were excellent! They also got me everything I ordered. Definitely will order again!

The food a bit bland for barbecue. There was no smoke in the pulled pork or chopped beef. It's way way too expensive to be not be smoked bbq. The potato salad was good though. I was surprised that the corn bread didn't come with the meals.
