• 4/12/23Not happy. I had not been to Don Chago's in three months and there was a significant drop in Quesadilla Chica y cheese quesadilla was burnt and had barely any cheese in it at all. The chips that I paid an extra couple dollars for were maybe ten chips at most and also burnt to a crisp. Probably will go to Condado or Agave & Rye next time instead and just pay more gor better food. Sorry Don Chago but your line cook don't know how to cook.

• 2/9/24I always get my tortas at this restaurant. Normally the food is always on point but this time it was completely off the bread was stale and burnt. There was no sauce on the side. The fries were also burnt and hard. Very disappointed.
