Hamachi Sushi is genuinely the best sushi I've ever had. their Hungry Roll is no joke, I always go from being hungry to being full (and it tastes very very good!). I'm usually indifferent about rice, but their Fried Rice is so flavorful! The Gummy Boba Latte (brown sugar flavor) isn't the best boba tea I've had, but it's still hits the spot. Also the food always seems very fresh

Short Ribs (Bento) The short ribs were so tender and tasty. The flavor is amazing. The California roll was very fresh. I love the salad dressing. The Soft Shell Crab comes with a sauce but I didn't use it. Crunchy and tender at the same time. I love this restaurant and have yet to be disappointed.

Absolutely delicious! It comes with plenty of food, very tasty. The Pork Katsu (Bento) was crispy and the sauce was great. The sushi was fresh. The tempura was perfect, the sauce that comes with it is a little sweet, loved it. The side of rice was soft and sticky, absolutely no crunchy bits.

I've always loved Hamachi, but lately the quality has been dropping. They need to update their menu too. Ordered a Mexican roll that was advertised to have spicy tuna, avocado and jalapeno and it's literally just crab and rice fried with spicy crab on top. It's not good at all. And one tiny piece of tofu in the miso soup, cmon now.
I'll stick to my usuals moving forward.

Pretty solid, not the best Katsu I've had but the chicken was cooked well and tender enough to enjoy. The bento box is a filling portion of food but I wasn't into everything on the plate, particularly the fried carrot or iceberg lettuce.
Calfornia rolls were decent and not dry which is always a plus. The shrimp tempura was good too.
