The Stromboli and calzone is stuffed with quality cheese and always fresh. The desserts are delicious, especially the limoncello. the fried pickles are a good size portion and the sauce they have with them is perfect. The pizzas are great too. I've never been disappointed with this shop.  It's a hidden gem!

I’ve always loved Hebron Pizza—the food is consistently delicious. Unfortunately, this review is about the customer service experience rather than the pizza itself.

I placed an order through DoorDash for pickup, and when my boyfriend went to get it, he told the employee it would be under either Michael or Jackie. As soon as they realized the order had been placed through DoorDash, it felt like all accountability disappeared.

I completely understand that it was the Fourth of July and they were busy. However, if someone comes in saying the order is under one of two names, I would expect the employee to check both names and, if they still couldn’t find it, ask a follow-up question like, “Do you know the last name on the order?” A few extra seconds could have prevented the mistake.

Instead of receiving our medium cheese pizza, we were given someone else’s large chicken bacon ranch pizza. While some people might see that as an upgrade, it left my very picky 5-year-old disappointed because he wouldn’t eat it.

I do appreciate that DoorDash made the situation right. What was disappointing was the restaurant’s response when I called. I wasn’t just calling to report the issue—I also wanted to let them know they had given away another customer’s order so they could be prepared when that customer arrived. Rather than an apology or any acknowledgment of the mistake, I was met with blame being placed entirely on DoorDash.

Mistakes happen, especially on busy holidays. A little empathy and ownership would have gone a long way. I’ll still enjoy their pizza, but I hope they improve how they handle situations like this in the future.

First time eating from here. Wanted to try a new spot for a sub.  The mushroom cheesesteak was a joke. Asked for lettuce and onions on it and they stuffed the role with lettuce and big chunks of raw onion.  French Fries were cold and nasty. Type of fries that seem to be cooked in batter. Not my style. Do better!

the Bacon Cheese Fries were awesome and the Plain Cheese Pizza (X Large 16'')was one of the best I've had in a long time.
