Shrimp looks and tastes like it was fried once then sat and fried again. This particular Zaxbys food is always over cooked and looks nothing like the other two we go to between Tullahoma and Murfreesboro. When you bring it to their attention even if they made a mistake they get attitudes.

Unfortunately, the Boneless Wings & Things are always dry and under sauced. The last 5 times I've ordered from this Zaxbys has been the same. Hopefully management reads the reviews and does something to improve their quality control.

Southern Fried Shrimp Meal was old tasting. Shrimp was very old like it had been sitting for a while, French fries had almost no seasoning on it. The food quality was not worth the price I paid.

The milkshake was sour like it was old milk. I paid 2$ for extra ranch and didn't get any of the extra ranch. The bread wasn't even toasted. No bacon on the fries.

There was ACTUALLY SAUCE!!! This is hands down the best order I've ever had so far. Well done. Keep this up, and everyone wins.
