There were no sprinkles really in the Soft Serve Razzle, so I should've just gotten vanilla ice cream for $4 less. There was no chocolate ice cream in the twist, which was disappointing. We still love it here, so someone maybe just had an off night.

Hands down the best icecream in Berkshire county. Always so creamy. So happy you brought back blue goo.

Ice cream was decent soft serve, but we could not make heads or tails as to which cup was who's; no markings, or tagging of any kind. Even a sharpie indicating what was in the cup would've been appreciated.
Additionally, when they were "out of stock" on one item, they just replaced it with a random candy (Butterfinger, in this case); I wouldn't have minded some communication regarding that, but maybe I wasn't paying close enough attention to the app.
Not a bad experience, just poor packaging, for the most part.

For some reason, every few times we order from here, the vanilla ice cream is pure sugar. I'm not quite sure what the reason for this would be (seems like maybe once a month it's made completely different).

Insanely expensive for a cup of friggin ice cream. $2 for barely a sprinkling of Heath Bar and $1.50 for an amount of PB sauce that I can't see or taste. What a joke. I used to love this place but my goodness... $22 for two cups of ice cream!!!
