Salad was fresh with an ample amount of wasabi. Rice was sweet and hot.

• 2/20/26Matsuyama has been great in the past. Today's meal was very disappointing. The chef nigiri and the chirashi only had a few different fish. 3 pieces of ahi and salmon each is very disappointing. The roll was poorly flavored with disgusting eel. This is the first time we have had substandard food

• 4/17/26The salmon on both Bento's was tender, the saba and sadhimi also good. My daughter loves the Spider Roll and the gyoza was tender and tasty. A good meal!!

• 2/19/25rice is way too sweet , tuna had a bleach taste to the point where i had to spit it out from my roll. disgusted
