Makus never disappoints! I usually order and pick up myself, but decided to go with DoorDash on a rainy day before a holiday. Even with the extra time it took to get to me (which I was prepared for) our empanadas were just as delicious as if I had picked them up myself!!

The empanadas arrived warm and crisp. They all had an excellent filling ratio. The spinach empanada is my absolute favorite. It's delicious

The empanadas are very small and are baked not fried. Poor quality meat used. The rice and beans are flavorless

Disturbing flavors... will not order again. (Had the pepperoni empanada, beef empanada, chicken empanada and the rice and beans. All were enormously disappointing). Both sauces (red and chimichurri) were abysmal. Gross...
