Mazesoba or "Mixed noodles" is a Japanese noodles dish that comes with a variety of toppings, fragrant oil and savoury sauces that are mixed together before eaten. Our noodle portions come in regular (150 g) or large (300 g) sizes, and options of thick (Udon) or thin. Choose from several levels of heat. When you mix our noodles well, you will get hints of sweet, sour, savoury, and spicy all in a single bowl. Don't forget to ask for a complimentary bowl of rice to clean up the remaining sauce!
We use seasoned rice for Donburi It's contained sesame seeds, nori and bonito flakes.
