Echigo has been faithfully preparing amazing meals in large portions for a very decent price for as long as I can remember. I have been eating here since I was 9 years old and they NEVER disappoint. I personally recommend the fried rice options. I love them so much they are all I get anymore, however, everything else is just as good, and my friend tells me some of the things I havent tried may even be better, however, you can never go wrong with Echigo fried rice, and so that is what I get every time.

I'd never eaten here before, but now, after getting the Veggie Yakisoba, I will ONLY eat here. Hands down, the best Veggie Yakisoba I've ever had. It was a big, beautiful,portion too; fresh veggies, deliciousness in every single bite. I think everything will be good here, I can't wait to begin trying. I didn't know Yakisoba could be so flavorful...all of these years eating what would now taste plain next to Echigo's. Get it, you'll love it.

Food was so delicious! Fresh, hot, SO flavorful! I don't usually do reviews but I am going to order this place again. Food was packaged so nothing got soggy, a reasonable portion for the price, and so tasty! This place just earned a loyal new customer!

everything is worth it for the price,huge portion we didnt expect,especially the Beef Fried Rice and Chicken Yakisoba tons of food for the family for the next few days and we plan to come back when its all gone!
