The iced caffe Latte is always refreshing. I really do appreciate how much they allow you to customize each coffee.

My oatmeal came with two packages of nuts and zero dried fruit. Maybe due to supply shortages? Not as ordered. Tea was spilled, but I think that happened in transit. Packages of other items were damp, but food was okay. Bag was dripping badly.

I loved the taste of the Cran-Merry Orange Lemonade Refresher but the down side is I ordered a Trenta and received a Tall. Not happy about that

I ordered my latte with whipped cream, so that would've meant they put on the dome lead and included a straw. But what I got was the sippy cup lid with no whipped cream and no straw. And a large amount of liquid was in the holder and the bag.

This is the third time ive ordered a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino® Blended Beverage and received a tall. Ive been patient, but geese ive now wasted $54 on the wrong size coffee, and they want $5 to make up for it? No thank you! If anyone knows how to get ahold on customer service please let me know, thank you!
