The Buffalo tender loaded fries does not look anything like the picture neither did the chipotle cheesesteak. The loaded fries were plain and dry with no cheese on it. The cheesesteak didn't have any chipotle sauce. I spent a lot on this and I am dissatisfied.

The cheesesteak was good, but the flavor was forgettable. Honestly, PJ Sandwiches tastes better and gives way better value than Pardon My Cheesesteak. PJ Sandwiches gives you two cheesesteaks for around the same price, even without fries.
The size was mid. The fries were soggy and average. I could tell the food was fresh and recently made, though.
Would I order it again? No. I think I was an outlier compared to the reviews from this location.
If you look up Pardon My Cheesesteak locations around the country, most ratings sit around 1.5 to 3.5 stars. If you live in the downtown Columbus area, do yourself a favor and go to PJ Sandwiches in person. I swear on my life, the cheesesteaks taste better and the value is significantly better.
