This place is amazing!! The food is phenomenal! The deals are impressive. You have to try this place out! We got the Bacon Three Cheese Cheesesteak is was so awesome! Along with the cheese fries and monzo stkx. It was so good we order two day in a row lol - this is a must have!!

the Chicken Philly Sandwich unfortunately left much to be desired. the description said that I would get a toasted hoagie bun. I don't believe my bun was toasted. also the chicken inside was super dry so it was hard to chew through it all. I asked for no mushrooms, which they did follow the instructions on that, however, it seemed as if though they replaced the mushrooms with extra extra mayo which after heating it up in the microwave made for a pretty nasty sandwich with Hot Mayo squeezing out of every bite. I used to order Charlie's all the time and don't remember it being quite like this I don't want to give up on them yet. I hope they do better in the future.

I didn't receive my CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIE my fries was cold. And the PHILLY CHEESESTEAK wasnt even season. I never had this type of service when i order this same meal in Texas

For nearly $14, youd think there would be more to the sandwich. There was very little cheese and not much more steak.

The taste was good and what you'd expect. The amount of ingredients was sub par and one of the sandwiches was built sideways across the top and bottom of the bread which was unfortunate. A scenario that if I was in the store, I would've asked for it to be fixed but because it was delivery there isn't much I can do.
