The flavor was incredible Good enough to give you goosebumps . The texture was perfect. My kids especially loved the Yuka balls. But we all loved everything. Delizioso!!

Food wasn't good. Locrio De Pollo (Wednesday) was dry and had a paltry amount of chicken. Arepitas De Yuca were old and hard. The Maduros were almost burnt and old. Only thing good was the expensive Aguacate avocado. Quality seems to be falling.

The pollo guisou was pretty good but the rice was not done all the way or have much flavor. The maduro was not good at all and was the smallest side I've ever seen. It was also put on top of my food to where it was no longer fried but mush.

Carne de Res Guisado and Cerdo Guisado were both delicious rice was some of the best I've ever had. Yucca and Plantains were well done and flavorful also. P
ortions were small. Could have ate a little more and would have liked some leftovers from a $30 meal. And we are not bug eaters
