I recently tried the goat biryani, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich and well-balanced, with no unpleasant smell at all. The portion was generous, packed with tender meat that was perfectly cooked. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can’t wait to enjoy it again!It would be great if they opened a branch in Stamford,CT
Having access to that delicious goat biryani nearby would definitely be a win for the community.

Lamb chops in yogurt . 3 fat and juicy lamb chops grilled to perfection . Not tough . Very tender. I can't eat the heavenly rice but the chef serves it with lentils and garbanzo beans I. I have dietary restrictions and this shop accommodates so nicely .

Anthony Bourdain's portrait is displayed in a large mural inside . It says everything about the quality and presentation of the cuisine there. It is authentic "old Mumbai" taste and flavour. Extremely well balanced spicy and genuine heart felt service. Detail has no end in the intricacies of rich and fulfilling flavors for each dish . No cutting the edges of preparation and all skillfully cheffed to perfection. Even the rice has an angelic aromatic cake like consistency that floats along the pallet so subtly swallowed and you know this is "Heaven".This is the place. This must have been Boudains most loved West Indian desire. The food is impeccably prepared by the most ingenious food loving souls in the business. Korma and the Okra are both Jewels of India in amongst themselves. The Garabanzas and the Black Lentil Daal always uniquely spiced with just the softness entitled to a Taj prince. Delve into Bombay's wonders... you will never leave.

Ordered Saag Paneer (very good), Lamb rogan jost and butter chicken. The butter chicken entree we received was not butter chicken. Whatever we got was good but just not what we ordered /wanted. Lamb was tender with a good creamy sauce- not spicy. Saag Paneer was tasty with fresh paneer. Expect leftovers-Portions were generous. Only ding was no utensils or napkins sent with order.

I was a little scared to try this place but it was pretty solid. A little pricy for the portions. Butter chicken was not too spicy. Overall 8/10
