Always love the food here! It's one of my favorite places to treat myself! The Pad See Ew was delicious and the Sticky Rice was a nice add on side. I thought the sticky rice was going to be sweeter and come with a syrup but I think that might be another item that comes with coconut milk and mango.

Out of all the places in Sac, I love Rao Thai's boat noodle the best; however, I ordered through doordash for the first time and was surprised at how small the noodle/veggie portion was. For $13 each, I should have made the long drive to eat at the restaurant then doordash lol it was packaged in the cutest tiny Chinese takeout box. I'm not even mad because of how cute it was. Flavor was still the best ever, it just didn't fill me up.

Food was ok but portions were really small for the price compared to our go to Thai restaurant "Thai Chili". The sticky Mango & Sweet Sticky Rice was ok but didn't like the sauce they offered. We enjoy the sweet coconut milk that Thai Chili offers.

When the squid, the mussels and the shrimp sre all perfectly cooked and not "chewy" - you lnow the chef understands how t prepare these meals.
Pad Thai - Perfect!
Just tender and delicious and one of the best dinners we've had from any Thai restaurant .
Way to go !!

2 stars are for the food taste, it's very good. ZERO stars for value and price. The dinner portions are basically for 1-2 people, almost lunch size portion, but it's not reflected in the price. There are other Thai places that will use actual square Styrofoam size containers and fill it up and with the same price....this place uses small rectangles, basically almost half the size, but same price. I know times are rough with inflation and cost of labor and all, but GO$DA$@$, maybe lower the price a bit if you're gonna serve less?
