Was apprehensive at first when I had placed my first pickup order with Crunch, which I always am with any new restaurant. Had to wait a little while but in all honesty, it was a weekend night and the restaurant was very crowded (always a good sign for a new restaurant). Because Victor, the manager, was so accommodating and nice, I've looked forward to getting my orders from there since. They have amazing food and a good variety. Though they're known for their sushi, I strongly recommend trying one of their combos some time. They have great lo mein and fried rice. If you're not sure what entree, you can't go wrong with their sesame chicken.

The Cowboy Roll had meat on it, which was not listed on the app menu - I double checked and the description of the item was AI generated. The Teriyaki Bowl rice was overcooked, and soaked in a really sweet sauce. My spouse really liked the Tempura Battered Chicken, however. The portion sizes are moderate for the price you pay, but I don't think I would order again. Please update the item descriptions without AI.

Not sure if we ordered on a horrible day. The lime on my sushi looked old and one slice was just the zest.
The sushi tasted old and the color was off too. We have eaten here before and it has never been as bad as today. After this experience we will not order from here again. It's not cheap so we attempted to eat as much as possible but that was not good at all.

We had eating in the restaurant too many times and its great, but this the first time that we order throw doordash and the portion was way less. The H14. Fuji Roll to small . The Sushi Tower was so terrible, just crab with a tuna spray...
Very disappointed this time.

really reallypoor quality and flavor:
- tempura chicken: had 4 pieces before I had a bite of chicken. was mostly deep fried batter
- cowboy roll: had a SUPER strong propane flavor. it had clearly been seared with a propane torch
- mango tango: had no real flavor. it was dry. most prominent flavor was cilantro (odd for a mango roll)
- coconut kiss roll: coconut flakes were stale and chewy. protein seemed old.
- gyoza was the highlight, and that was subpar too
really disappointed. I basically paid $100 to eat 3 gyozas, and one bite each of 3 rolls. tossed the rest. and I'm not picky, I don't write reviews. this merited a comment
