• 9/17/26Everything was hot, and packaged well. All items were included. Triple Double Biscuit Combo was made neatly. Bo Bites® Snack was crispy and hot and had all of the sauces.

• 8/25/26Usually love bojangles. But this time they gave me burnt biscuits for my Southern Gravy Biscuit and my Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit!
Did not give me straw and did not give me utensils.
Last time they gave me soda inside of tea and I am not a soda drinker...
Really been letting me down lately.

• 4/8/26this is the second day in a row that they've forgotten my side with my Southern Gravy Biscuit Combo. I would just come through the drive thru, but I had surgery two days ago and can't drive.
