Tots were overdone and not seasoned as ordered.
Wings were overcooked/hard and had so little sauce on them that 2 out of 6 wings had absolutely no sauce

Nice Raw All-American Bacon Cheeseburger can't taste something that's raw it'll make you sick with a handful of Regular Cheddar Cheese Curds. I did not realize that was $9 worth. Don't waste your money.

I was craving the All-American Cheeseburger and it wasn't till the dasher arrived to pick up my order that she was told the grill was down and they couldn't make my burger. So they gave me three options for substitutions. I went with the chicken sandwich and it was rubbery. I couldn't eat all of it as I literally couldn't chew it. Just felt like no effort was put into it. And it sucks because ordering food is so expensive!! Time before this we ordered wings with sauce and all our wings arrived with NO sauce. I think we're done ordering from here.
