I was told this place was good and I've seen nothing but good reviews about them. So I took the risk and ordered something for myself. I got the 1 lb shrimp and 1/2 lb catfish with fries. Both were good, just enough breading without being over breaded. The shrimp were plump, fresh and cooked well. While my pic only shows a bit of it, there was more left for later. Will be going to Shrimp Island again :-)

OUTSTANDING! 1ST TIME TRYING AFTER HEARING GREAT THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE AND IT WONT BE MY LAST! Fried Jumbo Shrimp ARRIVED FRESH! Sweet Corn Nuggets WAS AMAZING! fish has bones in it.  too much grease came in brown paper bag soak with grease.  the Fried Regular Shrimp is awful taste.  French fries I would not feed to my dogs
