• 12/31/24It took 45 minutes to fill an order that DoorDash said would be available in 10-15 minutes when I ordered.
Flat white coffee was fine, but very small, chocolate croissant was a bit sweet, and the croissant sandwich is not as pictured on the ordering menu. What I got is small, not a real croissant, and looks the same as a boxed and reheatable croissant sandwich from the supermarket freezer section. Too much money for too long a wait for food I could have made for myself in the time it took for delivery.

• 8/15/25Tried a regular hot coffee for the first time from here. Delicious coffee and it was delivered super fast and pipping hot! They even put a smiley face on the bag and said enjoy! My new favorite coffee shop! Delicious coffee!

• 6/22/26I consistently get The Well House Coffee and alternate between the breakfast sandwiches. As someone that has been to all the locations (minus the new one that just opened in downtown?) I really love this place. HOWEVER the cookie consistency is never the same. Last time I ordered two double cookies and they were stale and had obviously been from a much older batch. Another time I got a chocolate chip cookie and it was hard. I also really preferred their original breakfast sandwiches with the crossaint like bread. They just tasted so much better.
Overall I love what this org stands for and the work they do so I always choose them if they're around where I am. PLEASE BRING BACK THE CROISSANT BREAKFAST SANDWICH!!

• 8/15/25Tried this coffee shop for the first time. I ordered a hot regular coffee. It was delivered super fast and piping hot! Excellent coffee. They put a smiley face on the bag and a little note enjoy! My new favorite coffee shop. Delicious!
