• 6/6/26Ordered two Side Crab Salad expecting to get crab salad. You know crab, cucumber, some sort of mayo. All I got was two small containers of crab COVERED in pepper.
No cucumber, no mayo sauce. Just straight crab.
Pretty disappointing that the description of the food doesn't match what you receive. Especially for nearly 18 bucks for just two side orders.

• 7/12/24Did the build your own, initial thought was topping choices were slim, but I still continued to order. Once received,there was a note on my lid saying they were out of my sauce selection. Instead of reaching out they opted to serve dry rice. No napkins or utensils provided and no option to select in the ordering process.

• 11/22/24Normally love the Da 808 bowl. For some reason the fish, especially the Hamachi was slimy. Of the 12-15 times ihave had this bowl, this has never happened. Not sure of the reason but lt the texture was really off putting. Bummer. To the trash it went.
