The Res\Beef Chicharron Combo at Carniceria el Novillo was top 5 tastiest meals I've had in Tucson! I am a huge foodie from San Antonio and have been looking for tasty bites here in the desert. Amazing serving, and incredibly fresh salsa that compliments the meal perfectly. Will definitely order again and again! Kudos to the chef, thank you for a tasty meal!

The best birria on this app! The price and quality you get are just top notch. Rich broth and they don't skimp out on the cheese or meat the tacos are fried to perfection not soggy. Very good service as well. All in all I will always be back.

The Burro de Chorizo con Huevo / Chorizo and Egg Burro (add potato) was absolutely amazing. Spicy, hearty, super filling, and piping hot. Both the red and green sauces were great.
10/10 will eat here once a week

The Birria is absolutely amazing! Super flavorful and they don't skimp on the consomé. My absolute favorite is the Chile Relleno! I can't stop ordering it. Super flavorful, full of cheese. Not covered in sauce which i've been looking for! Always super warm and fresh. One of my all time favorite places!
