I'm so excited about this place. Being from California, I've been missing my pan dulce, and I finally found a solid replacement! The guava pastry is sooo good, perfect mini Conchas, and my tamale was spicy and tender, and so flavorful. I'm in love!

Delicious, Brioche Donuts! I ordered the strawberry filled donuts. The strawberry cream was fresh, light, sweet, and tangy, and contained small pieces of strawberry. The brioche dough was light, not dense and the best I have ever had here in WA. There was no residue oil on the donuts nor or old oil smell or flavor clinging to the donuts which means the bakery changes the frying oil regularly as they should, which has been rare with my experience from other establishments. I highly recommended the Brioche Donuts , and can't wait to try their other flavors, bakery offerings and savory items.

I love their Iced Cafe de Olla, it's so refreshing and super strong. The Tres Leches is also delicious, but $10 is pretty steep for the tiny portion. Please give them a try! I love having a panaderia in Redmond.

2 boxes of micro Mini Concha box and one iced cafe, delivered to my house $60.
The Mini Concha box where tiny. The taste was mid. The Cold rew Coffee 16ozee was not even filled to the top. And no security to secure from tampering.
I think the have potential, but still a lot to improve.
I'm disappointed.

The Pork with Red Sauce tamal was genuinely the best I've had on the eastside since living here, Concha churro was very tasty and fresh, and Cafe de Olla was the perfect amount of sweet & strong! This place is an absolute gem :)
