The fish itself was "ok," but I have to ask what happened here?! My sandwich had almost no tartar on it. My drink was extremely watered down. I live a 5 minute drive from the store. My driver had to wait a few minutes on my food, meaning that my drink was made some time before the driver had arrived (it took approximately 25 minutes from order to delivered). My straw was just tossed into the outer bag by the restaurant and the weight of the food items ended up breaking it. No butter/salt/pepper even though. I'm giving them a 4* because service and food quality is usually considerably better there. I enjoy Culvers because rhe food and service are usually amazing; I spend more money there as opposed to competing businesses for those reasons, as well as the ability to get side items besides potatoes/fries and onion rings. I will, however, go back to spending less elsewhere if there are too many repeata of today's service.

I love Culver's even though they're a little expensive. Great cheeseburgers & fries. Goes well with their shakes. Chicken strips are awesome too. Will definitely eat there again.

The Culver's® Deluxe were no taste, and my special order one with added items was already falling apart, and one of two added ingredients not even put on. The Onion Rings were normal fast food style. Would not order either again. It was before 11:30 so I expected better presentation and warm food.
