every time I eat there or order delivery the food is always delicious. First time I have had their ice cream and I loved it. I highly recommend Culvers.

The food was thrown together cold and awful. It didn't GET cold—the cheese on the burger was still a flat, hard square, sticking straight out, it had never melted at all and fell off the burger in tact like cardboard—the Roasted Garlic & Bacon Pub Burger Value Basket wasn't even WARM when they were making it "fresh to order."
Every part of the burger as listed should been delicious, but every part tasted terrible and was cold and inedible. The cheese curds were cold, hard, and rubbery. The Coleslaw was off and intensely vinegary, nothing like usual.
I can't believe they would knowingly give this food to anyone. The entire meal should be refunded. That's a waste of money with nothing even edible—worse than bargain fast food.
When food gets cold, the low quality could be from being in transit. When it starts cold, that's just laziness and bad customer service with no standards.

Malt was so delicious!!! The delivery was a little behind and it was perfect and didn't get melty. The portions were good, including the cheese curds. I wish I had gotten marinara or ranch with the cheese curds. Would definitely recommend, and will order again!

I purchased the North Atlantic Cod Dinner. It was amazing. The portion was overwhelming. Fresh tasting. I will definitely order again.

The NEW Spicy Crispy Chicken Value Basket was really good. The chicken was nice and crispy, with a nice little kick of spice. The ButterBurger® Cheese was meh. I wouldnt get a burger again, but I would get the chicken again!
