We've been impressed by the Chinese food in Tucson but this is a whole nother level, easily the best fried rice I've had in the US. and that's having lived in LA, San Diego, Minneapolis, among other metropoli. This will be our goto from now on and the hours are incredible.

Amazing food all around. The Cabbage Pork Dumplings / 白菜豬肉水餃 are delicious and piping hot and juicy. the Crab Rangoon / 蟹腳 are light and crispy. The Mapo Tofu / 麻婆豆腐 is perfectly mouth numbing (and packaged very nicely for delivery to prevent spills). I would definitely order again, especially the dumplings.

Let me preface this review with I have been drinking. The BBQ Pork Buns 叉烧包 (4 pcs) are even larger and tastier than my usual go-to place, and I will 100% be a repeat customer here. The Pork Braised Pork Belly in Brown Sauce / 紅燒肉 is delicious, and the portion is large to boot. Also, the 4 custard lava bun / 綿軟奶黃包 (4) are hands down one of my new favorite desserts. Fluffy, slightly savory, a little sweet, and the perfect portion for 2 people. 10/10 across the board for everything.

cashew (午)腰果虾 Cashew Shrimp was more like cashew carrots. 4 shrimp and a giant pile of carrots and a few snips of celery.

I loved the A3. 皮蛋豆腐 Preserved Eggs with Tofu. It's one of my favorites. So is the G3. 鱼 Yu Xiang Eggplant, essent. I aeggplant with garlic sauce. l also really love the G11. 蒜蓉時令蔬菜 Garlic Seasonal Vegetables, which is usually made with baby bok choy. These are some of my favorites here, and I often order them. Portions are generous and the food is fresh and delicious.
