Ordered 50$ order from door dash and both of my Awreck sandwiches had only meat! No sauce no cheese no veggies, I didn't order skinny sandwiches or get charged for skinny sandwiches. And upon calling to talk w/ a manager twice I get no one to pick up the phone & they are taking orders for another hour so obviously there are employees there

Delivery was good and gets 5 stars (don't know why this can't be rated separately?). Food was meh. I've never tried Potbelly before so I didn't know what to expect. The bread was hard and crackly and and reminded me of NY style pizza crust, which is not what I was looking for in a sandwich. I had the chicken salad sandwich and didn't get much chicken salad on the bread, which would normally be disappointing but I didn't like it very much so it was okay. The chicken salad is very strong of something, maybe celery seed? The other person I ordered food for had the chicken salad sandwich as well and was not a fan. I won't order food here again. Everyone's tastebuds are different, though, so I'm sure plenty of people like the food the way it is. It just isn't for me.

One of the best sandwiches I've had in a very long time. It's a really good size for the money too. Definitely will continue to order this In the future.

Their sandwiches are really good and aren't too expensive. The only issue is that they often get the order wrong, at least 25% of the time I order from them something will be wrong, either wrong bread, wrong cheese or wrong condiments. But when they get your order correct it's delicious

The oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are the best. Never had a better cookie in my life. I buy them in bulk when I’m feeling blue and they give me serotonin and make my tummy happy. They’re always fresh too which I appreciate. ☺️
