they fill up their ramen with mostly beam sprouts. it doesn't give you that same satisfaction as other ramen. and they allow you to add extra noodles but not more soup. there's barely enough to soup to cover the regular amount of noodles which is mostly bean sprouts. even with added extra chashu, I only found like a few small pieces at best.

The broth was spoiled, and more than half the bowl was filled wth sprouts. I would not order from here again. The noodles' texture was also unappealing to be honest.
