the NEW Spicy Crispy Chicken Value Basket was fantastic. not too spicy, good for those with low tolerance. Oreo shake was super creamy and had good number of cookie chunks!

Usually very good however today both the chicken strips and the chicken sandwich had a bad texture and was almost hard. Food was definitely not fresh.

The grilled chicken sandwich is not completely cooked and the cheese is not melted, and it's covered in grease and the lettuce is wet and soggy. This is the worst grilled chicken sandwich I've ever had. And my drink was watered down

Ordered the garden fresco salad, but got a different type of salad with cranberries and feta (I think). I threw mostof it away, as the lettuce was wilted and looked old. The tomatoes and cucumbers were soggy. It was as if the salad had been left out at room temperature all day or past the expiration date. I was very disappointed!
