• 7/12/26The Steak Bento Box was very dry. The portion size of the Meat Lover Hot Pot is also so lack small. It's very much a waste of money to spend roughly $20 for a 1/3 bowl of just meat slices and bok choy, nothing else. They also forgot the rice, which made the hot pot meal even less filling.
Extremely disappointing on how they cooked everything and portioned everything. I would highly discourage wasting your money on the hot pot meals.

• 1/20/26The OO: KPOT Beef Hot Pot picture is just a lie. I came with no carrots or mushrooms. It's literally just the beef and bok choy. The flavor is all incredibly bland. The meat for the OO: Beef Bulgogi Bento Box was good, but the portion was small and the sides were simply bland just like the hot pot. The reviews are likely faked as we've come away from this experience feeling a bit scammed and underwhelmed.

• 8/29/24Wow Im very surprised by the portions of ths Beef Bulgogi Bento Box. Everything was fresh and delicious.Definitely going to order again and maybe try the hot pot togo next time.
