• 5/9/26The food was cold, the steak was hard and over cooked. The texture was rough and seemed to be old. I would not recommend eating from this establishment as my pick up time was pushed back continuously and the steak portions did not resemble double. I would not order this again.

• 12/15/24it did take over a hour to get to my house but it was good! It was still warm. The Chips & Queso Blanco didnt have much flavor which is fine! The Burrito Bowl had so much flavor and the black beans were also very flavorful!

• 7/18/26Portion size too small, bowls not filled. 2 x burrito bowls ordered and each barely touches the rim of the bowl with ingredients.
Final thoughts - EC Chipotle underperforms compared to a great many I've ordered from across the US. Send your trainers back out and retrain the staff - management on down, because they clearly need a refresher. 1/5 stars. Do better!

• 7/6/25Idk what happened, but they don't use Chipotle's standard red salsa. It tastes like bland tomato sauce, and at other Chipotle's, it's usually flavorful and spicy! We've given this Chipotle a few tries, but they're just not on the ball compared to others. Would not order from here again.

• 10/9/25Burrito Bowl had so much sour cream in it that I could not taste anything else. Hardly any meat. Chips & Guacamole chips were STALE. I don't think I'll order again.
