I had four hot drinks and this one cold one and I like that they took the plastic cup and put it inside a coffee cup, which kept all of the ice from melting because it was wiggled in between the four hot drinks on the tray. I've never had anyone do that, but it was a great idea.

I ordered 2 drinks and the store only sent 1 in the bag. This is not the first time this store has done this. I understand that it sometimes can be quite busy with the orders through apps but perhaps being more thorough to ensure costumers get what they pay for necessary.

I have been told to order the Classic Breakfast Wrap to get it without the hash brown on it. Yet every time I order it this way, this store still outs the hashborwn on it.

They weren't able to make me a cappuccino, but they replaced it with a French vanilla… I appreciate the effort and the note :)
