The chocolate arrived hardened, even though only 15 minutes passed from the time I placed the order to when I received it. Previously, even when the delivery took about half an hour, the chocolate was always liquid. I assume the strawberries weren’t fresh — they must have been prepared earlier and left sitting for quite a while before being sent to me.

I have ordered melt and dip multiple times and the past two times I have ordered the Dubai cup it has been fully solid as if it was made hours ago. You cannot even eat it properly once it's been solidified. I'm able to hold the cup completely upside down without anything coming out.

I love melt n dip they always mess up the online orders. The cookie that i ordered this time was smaller than the last time :/ and Its not like I've never had it before. Last time when I ordered they forgot to put everything that i ordered. I dunno why they always mess up online.

It's just way too . I bought the one person dunk said that they sell. Came with two marshmallows, two little pieces of chocolate, two sliced strawberries, two pineapple pieces, bananas that were not fresh and about to go bad .and then the chocolate to dip it in. A complete waste of money. It does not taste good and I will never order again.
