1/2 lb Prime Beef Brisket was perfectly juicy and still had a nice bit of the fat left which gave it that extra texture combo that made me just keep eating. The 1/2 Rack Ribs were also cooked to perfection. I will be ordering again from here 5* and would give more if it was possible.

No way! I feel like I was just robbed. I paid for a pound of brisket and was delivered two dry old SLICES of fatty brisket.
I paid for 1/2 chicken and got dried out flavorless chopped chicken pieces that look and taste like absolute trash.
This is ridiculous I am literally in shock the fries aren't even completely cooked!!!
Absolutely unacceptable!

Ordered a pickup order for the chopped brisket sandwhich. They don't let you add bbq sauces in the app, so we asked for them at the restaurant. They refused saying they were in the bag. They were not in the bag, and it made the sandwhich inedible. The brisket was also very chewy. I used to eat from here all the time, but their quality and customer service has really declined. Spent $18 for an inedible sandwhich.

Absolutely awful. "Pulled chicken" was actually dried out, tough slices of chicken. Brisket was just a hunk of fat with a tiny bit of dry, flavorless meat. Frozen biscuits.

1/2 lb Pulled Pork Very dry & overcooked, unfortunately. We got the Pork Belly Burntends and that was the only good thing and even those were overdone. Cole slaw was very sweet. Loved this place like a year ago and something had to have changed
