First time trying Cava and it was amazing; their bowls don't disappoint.. from vision to ingesting. Portions, price, freshness, prep, and value. It's the bowl I've had in mind when getting form other places. Love the agua Fresca little sweet for me as I was detoxing sugar but I juiced more into it. Chefs kiss

My soul and mind are always nourished by the fresh, tasty, ample portions from Cava. My absolute favorite is the Harissa Avocado—I add a few extra toppings (for free!), but even just as it comes, the bowl is fire!

The food tastes good and the ingredients seem to be decent quality but didn't match the images very well. We received dishes that seemed more appropriately priced at $10-15 rather then $15-20. The rice barely tasted like saffron and wasn't as yellow as pictured. Also, the full sized Grains Bowl had a surprisingly small amount of rice under the toppings and the Steak + Feta also had less ingredients than pictured. The bowl was half empty and maybe they were out of some stuff because it only had a couple of tiny broccoli scraps in it. The bag was also wide open with no staples or tape and we waited 2.5hrs total for the order after the restaurant delayed it without any explanation

Last time I had kava 10/10. This time, not as pleased . They threw the pita in the bag not covered or anything. I got a several pieces of grizzle (from chicken & not edible) & lettuce (which there were no greens in this order). The bowl wasn't very full this time. The avocado was badly bruised, like almost every single piece. Not what I expect when I pay 2.75 extra. There was no crazy feta (which I DID order) but there was tatziki. Not the greatest & didn't get my money's worth this time. The lemonade was great.

I absolutely love CAVA! I've had the chicken bowl & rice bowls. I've recently tried the half chicken/steak, very delicious. I love the freshness of all of the ingredients. Once youve had Cava, you will not want those other places. Try it, I promise you'll love it. It's very reasonable as well. Its a 10 out of 10
