They sent strawberry cheesecake instead of the GOOEY BUTTERCAKE CAL 220 & it's probably my fault for not indicating to refund the cake instead of substituting it. They also placed the cheesecakes underneath all the hot food, so it's melted a bit.
The ONION RINGS CAL 340/660 says 15 pieces and it was WAY more. And they're delicious!

The Garlic Parmesan Chicken was essentially a chicken sandwich, but it was good.
The Double Cheese Sliders and Panko Fish Sliders were both fresh and tasted great.
Unfortunately, there is not an option in the app to modify certain items, but I called before placing my order and the staff made sure everything was prepared correctly. I appreciate their willingness to accommodate my request.
I will definitely be ordering again. My only suggestion would be to allow customers the option to customize or remove sauces when placing orders online.

l have no complaints whatsoever! tracy was nice personable professional and genuinely friendly. The whitecastles were great as always. the smoothie could have been taller but was very good!

2 BREAKFAST SLIDERS COMBO CAL 860-1090 Was good but the way the order process is laid out made it a Little bit confusing. I thought I was getting 2 combos for the price I paid. So I was surprised when it arrived and it was just 1 for almost $18! Even with the up size! When the small combo is $4.99 or something like that. I didn't get any extra meat or cheese.I just up sized

DOUBLE CHEESE SLIDER CAL 300-330PANKO FISH SLIDER CAL 340-350 were spot on! the CHICKEN RINGS CAL 320/470/1050 , dry and super greasy.
