• 11/29/25The spare ribs were disappointing. They were cooked to a mushy texture, and no sauce of any variety was included in the package, and none was offered when I ordered. Some people see mushy as 'melt in your mouth' goodness, whereas I prefer a more chewy texture. To each his own, and these are not to my liking.
