im staying at hotel not far from here and i saw bnapoli does a Cioppino, as that is one of my top 5 favorite dishes, i always try it when i see it on a menu...its not dish that every italian restaurant offers so i get excited when i see it..i never leave reviews...ever..for anything...BUT ...this Cioppino was incredible!!! everything was just perfect!!! the seafood looked and tasted fresh!! the fennel delicious!!! and the broth was amazing...its so rich with a little bite to it but it never overpowers the seafood and vice versa, the seafood is sweet and doesnt overpower the broth...by far one of the best Cioppinos ive ever had...very well done chef!!....their serving is very generous as well...
so, yeah...i would recommend this place based just on that Cioppino...i think it would be safe to say the rest of the menu must be just as delicious.
i apologize for the poor photos i included...hard to get good lighting in a hotel room and presentation in to-go containers is never easy...ill end my first and only review with: ORDER FROM THEM!!

This place just based off my first impression is very very nice. The Margherita pizza was wonderfully crispy with a great sauce and a good tasting dough. There was a very large serving of truffle fries which had great consistency, good flavor and excellent texture. This place is definetly worth the cost and I would recommend it to anyone

Bnapoli is hands down my favorite restaurant in Western Mass — 5 stars every single time. Their food is consistently delicious, and tonight was no exception! I ordered the Quattro Formaggi pizza and an arugula salad.
Confession: I got a little too excited and took a bite of the pizza before remembering I wanted a picture for the review 😂 That should tell you everything you need to know — it smelled too good to wait!
The pizza was perfectly cheesy with that amazing crisp-yet-soft crust, and the arugula salad was super fresh and balanced it out beautifully. You already know I’ll be ordering again.

Veal & Ricotta Meatball was superb! One of my go-to's at this spot. Also enjoyed the Romaine. Food is always amazing!
