So good. I love that there is a bubble tea place down the road from me. I got the Brown Sugar Milk Tea and added boba /tapioca pearls it was delicious. Also got the bubble Waffle which was fluffy and lightly sweet. Will definitely be back, I want to try the momos and other drinks! Also, the inside is adorable.

The boba tea was incredibly bland. It tasted like water with zero flavor. Additionally, they sent me a Waffle with the ice cream on it and it was melted. The waffle was large but it did not have any flavor either. Although, it was fresh, I would never order again.
