Trejos Mexican Restaurant is my new favorite place to order from. The food is delicious and the portions are very large. My favorite is the cheese quesadilla. It's made with a ton of cheese and comes with quac, sour cream, and lettuce and pico. The rice and beans are yummy. The bean and cheese burrito weighed over a pound!

My wife and I ordered a 2-Cheese Enchilada Combo . It was absolutely delicious. I would however suggest the toppings of  guacamole, sour cream, and lettuce w/ Pico de gallo served in the side. 
We also got 2 Surf & Turf Taco's. These were delicious as well. The shrimps are quality, grilled, chopped medium size and the Carne Asada is among the best we've tasted. The toppings along with the Chipotle sauce complement the taco perfectly and the portions are generous. They have a self serve salsa bar loaded with choices. My wife and I love the Red house salsa the most and also enjoy the Verde and Creamy avocado salsa's. The bar even has Chili's Toerados. The complementary chips that come with your meal are served warm and among the tastiest my wife and I have sampled from both Sit-down and To Go Restaurants.
This has been a gem find and will definitely be our regular go to when the craving for Mexican food hits.

The Bistec Encebollado Combo Plate was extremely spicy. Steak & onions but had tons of Chile's in it. Gobernador Tacos was so spicy as well. I like spice, but these items were too hot.  3 Rolled Tacos Extra were supposed to be beef, got potato. Very skimpy on the topping. Agua Fresca 32 oz Drinks watermelon was good. Breakfast Burrito also good. Did not receive any salsa.

The flavor of the menudo was off, tasted like the meat needed to be cleaned better. Some pieces could have been cooked longer as well. This menudo does not contain hominy. ￼￼
The pasole caldo was very very thick, the pork chunks were very good and tender. 
The chili verde was very delicious as well as the asada torta.

Bacon and egg breakfast burrito was delicious! Potatoes were nice and soft and seasoned. Green and red salsa both tasty, definitely will order again.
