The Short Rib Poutine is unexpectedly perfect . A great and ultra mix of flavors and textures. Will definitely order again. I do order and extra fried egg which I'm glad I do because portion size was rather large. Two eggs allowed for egg with every bite.

I don't say this lightly but this was one of the best DD orders ever! The food was incredible. The chicken sandwich was so juicy and had the perfect amount of sauce. Generous portion. The chipotle ranch dipping sauce for the fries was amazing. The burger was gourmet. It was great! Would appreciate napkins next time.

The OG O.G. Burger was THE BOMB!!! So delicious- filling, tasty, not overly sauced, and a bit of smokiness from the way it was cooked - also cooked perfectly. One of the very best burgers I had ever had. The fries are like beach fries and my fav style- hand cut and delicious. Really happy with my order!!! Thank you!

Delicious Salmon! Even after a long-distance delivery. Better than I even imagined! Highly recommended! Good portions of fresh, flavorful salmon, potatoes & onions. I had the romesco & glaze on the side, but I enjoyed dipping into them - they really complimented the Salmon.

This is my first time ordering from First State Brewing Company. I'm always on the lookout for excellent buffalo chicken wings. When these arrived, they looked good and I was excited to dig in. While they are very meaty, I couldn't get past the old oil smell and taste. The oil even seeped through delivery container. I ordered the buffalo sauce but I couldn't taste any. I ended up taking the skin off the wings and just eating the meat. Some of the meat on the thicker wings were still pink inside so I didn't eat those, of course. I was so disappointed. Hope they change the way they prepare their wings in the future. These were just really dreadful and I very rarely give bad reviews. On a good note, the pickles were delicious and a welcome change from just celery.
