Went for quick pick up. They were super friendly despite being so busy and swamped. Food is awesome as well!

8 times out of 10 they are always forgetting something with my order. When submitting special requests like condiments or plastic cutlery, they rarely add that to the bag. They have forgotten to put drinks in my order. Which results me in having to reorder and pay for another delivery and service fee. DOUBLE CHECK THE ORDER before handing out to doordasher.

I made another order even though they messed up my previous order. Of dill pickle chicken wings and a poutine. My chicken wings were breaded (which is what I requested) came with a pickle spear. But was unseasoned ??!! Like seriously guys? I am never ordering here again. Roxies has messed up my order multiple times. Very inconsistent and disappointing. I was looking for my seasoned dill pickle chicken wings but was left disappointed. -5 stars for you.
